Supportive Care UK has robust governance arrangements in place. Weekly Quality assurance meetings between the CEO, Registered Managers and the Medical Director ensure all clinical advice is monitored and reviewed. Supportive care has full corporate indemnity cover. All of our consultants also maintain their own individual indemnity cover with one of the major medical liability providers. Copies of certification can be provided on request.

Scope of Service
Our Supportive Care consultants will provide second on call telephone support to cover all settings including hospital, hospice and community services.
Direct Telephone Support
Supportive Care consultants are available on demand for clinical advice and support. We are contactable via a 24h operator service who connect the caller to our on call physician. We provide immediate clinical advice and will send an encrypted or faxed report through to the hospital/hospice by the next working day. Where required, our consultants will also liaise directly (by phone) with the clinical team the next morning.
Out of Hours Advice Service
